Mild weather, no precipitation

As the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports, the weather is going to be volatile cloudy and infrequently gloomy throughout the day. Fog is expected in some places at night and in the morning.  Gentle southern wind to blow. The temperature will be +2-4C at night and +5-10C in the noon.

Azerbaijani regions will have no precipitation except a short-term rain in Lankaran-Astara zone. Misty night and morning forecasted in some other regions. Eastern wind to waft. The temperature will be from 0-5C at night and +10-15 in the afternoon, while -1-6C in mountains at night and +5-10C in the noon.
