Six-lane road to connect Baku and suburbs - PHOTOS

Work is underway on reconstruction of Zabrat-Mashtaga-Buzovna road, connecting suburb Zabrat, Mashtaga, Pirshagi, Kurdakhani, Buzovna and Bilgah settlements directly with the center of Baku.  Length of the six-lane road is 5.2 km from Zabrat to Mashtaga.
 
The head of  press-service of Transport Ministry’s “Azeryolservice” JSC Punhan Mursaliyev reported on it.

According to him, three layers of asphalt-concrete cover have already been applied, road marks installed, road marking completed, while electricity work is still being conducted in the 5.2 km area of the road.

Nearly one kilometer of four-lane road on 9 km road from Mashtaga to Buzovna have been paved with asphalt, Mursaliyev added.

Reconstruction work is underway.
