Weather to be cloudy, little rainy

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that the daily course of weather is expected to be cloudy in the main, while drizzly rain will fall in some places at night and in the morning. Mild  north-eastern wind will be followed by south-eastern wind in the afternoon. The temperature will be +3-5C at night, +6-10C in the afternoon.

As to the regions of Azerbaijan , while the weather will be mainly rainless, several areas will have mist and eastern regions drizzle. Eastern wind to blow.
The temperature will be 1-6C at night, 8-13C in the afternoon,  while -2-7C in mountains at night, -10-15C at high mountainous regions, +1-6C in the afternoon.
