Transparency in the field of education abroad should be ensured at a high level, deputy head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, head of the foreign relations department Novruz Mammadov believes.
"Transparency and fairness in this sphere should be ensured at an even higher level, since complaints of students turn into a process which slightly affects Azerbaijan's image not only within the country, but also among some groups abroad, other foreigners and students' friends," he said.
He made this statement at the presentation of an information management system and new website on the State Program on Education of Azerbaijan Youth Abroad in 2007-2015 in the Education Ministry on Friday.
"This presentation will play a very important role for the transparent realization of these processes and in general all activities of Azerbaijani students studying abroad," Mammadov said.
He added that the presentation demonstrates that the work in this area can be improved to a new level.
"The Azerbaijani President attaches great importance to education of youth abroad, something that many countries lack. It is carried out in a more liberal form in Azerbaijan," Mammadov said.
He also touched upon the necessity for a great number of documents required for studying abroad.
"It is not good and by combining the processes together it is possible to carry out work to reduce the number of required documents," Mammadov emphasized./Trend/
