Azerbaijan to attend several int'l exhibitions

Azerbaijan`s tourism opportunities will be promoted at four international exhibitions this month.
According to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, one of the exhibitions, “The New York Times Travel Show”, will be held on January 18-20 in New York. Azerbaijan`s regions, the capital city, the country`s nature, cuisine and tourism potential will demonstrated via a range of print products. Along with ministry`s delegation representatives of 8 tourism companies will participate in the event.

Azerbaijan will so send its delegation to “EMITT-2013” to be held on January 24-27 in Istanbul, Turkey. The delegation will be led by head of official at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Aydin Ismiyev. Some 9 tourism companies and 5 hotels will demonstrate their products and services as part of the event.

Azerbaijan will also attend the “HT&T Iran Hotel, Travel & Tourism Show” in Tehran and “FITUR” international tourism fair in Spain where the country`s 51sq m-pavilion will feature presentation of its tourism potential, including must-see-places, cultural and historical monuments, hotels and other tourism facilities.
