New administrative building to be built in Baku – PHOTO

A new building of the Baku Appeal Court will be built in the capital, the Justice Ministry reported. As a part of the Modernization of Justice System Project jointly funded by the Azerbaijani government and World Bank, there was already developed a draft of the new administrative building.

Terms of the construction work is not yet known. The building will meet all modern standards.
The Baku Appeal Court is the court of the top authorities on matters concerning civil, administrative and economic disputes in criminal cases and affairs about administrative offenses. It consists of the Bureau, the Civil Board, the administrative board of the economic, criminal and military College Board.
