Azerbaijan’s capital maybe moved?

At today’s meeting of the Parliament, MP Fezail Agamali proposed to move country’s capital. He ties the proposal with bad ecological conditions in Baku. To him, Baku must be business center of Azerbaijan. In parallel, there must be a political center – separate capital, too.

Speaker Ogtay Asadov said that this proposal had been put forward for the second time and expressed protest against repeat of the issue.
