Baku wakes up to snowstorm

Strong winds and snow captured Baku this morning.  As the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported, the weather re-intensified in Baku and Absheron peninsula. The weather will worsen during the day and the temperature will be -3- -5 C. On Feb. 9, the snowfall will gradually stop, north-west wind will become weaker, the temperature will be -5- -10 C at night, 0-  -3 C in the daytime.
