Cold and rainy weather forecasted in Azerbaijan

Prevalence of cloudy weather is predicted, along with an intermittent rain in Baku and Absheron peninsula tomorrow. The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported that northern wind will blow, will be substituted with south-eastern wind in the afternoon.  The temperature is expected to be +1-4 ˚C at night, +4-8˚C in the afternoon.

The weather is forecast to be rainy inn the country’s regions. Sleet and snow are expected in the mountainous and foothills regions. Western wind will blow. The temperature will be 0-4˚C at night, +5-10˚C in the afternoon, -1-6˚C in the mountains at night, 0-5˚C in the afternoon.
The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas is predicted to be -12-17˚C.

Serious change of weather condition of Absheron peninsula is not expected from January 13 to January 15. Weak and temperate fluctuation of meteorological determinants is considered suitable for meteorologically vulnerable people.
