Baku to mull policy of modernization

Representatives of four continents will discuss a policy of modernization. The event entitled "The policy of modernization: new economy and social challenges" will be held on Dec.21 with representatives from more than 60 representatives from 33 countries of four continents, including such powerful countries as China, the Great Britain, France, Russia, Turkey, Italy, the ruling New Azerbaijan Party's (NAP) website reported on Monday.

The purpose of the event to be organized by NAP is highlight problems, and to underline the international necessity to solve them and enhance partnership among the countries. Attending the forum will include chairmen of powerful international organizations, such as the European People's Party and International Conference of Asian Political Parties, with which "New Azerbaijan" cooperates, Wilfred Martens and Jose de Venecia. The event will take two big reports and held discussions at the meetings in four panels.
