“Public Chamber fails to achieve concrete results"

Chairman of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan said his party achieved some success in 2011. “We established several regional offices and restored some structures. Our ranks were replenished with new members. Therefore, I think this year was successful for us.  We were able to inform people about our program and our future steps through the media outlets.” he said.

He said the Azerbaijani communists also attended several international events in 2011. Therefore, the Party can not complain on the results of this year. “As for the establishment of the Public Chamber in late 2010, I think it can be assessed positively. However, the Chamber failed to achieve any concrete results and goals set this year,” Gurbanov underscored.
