"We use all opportunities in this direction," Rzayev said. "We need bigger support so that these people would attend a meeting." Both communities of Nagorno-Karabakh are scheduled to meet in late January - early in February in Moscow, Rzayev stated. The communities were to meet in late November, but later postponed due to elections in Russia.
