Russia to mull neighborhood policy

Leading scientific worker of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Kamal Makili-Aliyev will participate at the international conference on neighborhood policy in Russian capital Moscow on Dec. 16-20.

The conference called “Russia and its neighbors: cooperation in the political, economic, security and humanitarian spheres- equal cooperation agenda” will be organized by the Gorchakov Foundation for Supporting Public Diplomacy. The event is carrying out within the framework of the scientific-educational project: “Russia and outside world” by the Gorchakov Foundation for Supporting Public Diplomacy aiming for young scientists from Russia and CIS countries.
