Turkish top official to visit Azerbaijan

Head of Turkish parliament`s foreign relations committee Volkan Bozkir will pay a visit to Azerbaijan on Sunday.

According to the Azerbaijani parliament, the aim of the visit is to discuss the development of interparliamentary ties between the two friendly and fraternal countries, joint cooperation in international organizations and other issues.

The head of Turkish parliament`s foreign relations committee will hold several meetings in the Parliament, visit the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of architect and founder of Azerbaijani state, national leader Heydar Aliyev and the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity.
