U.S. State Department special envoy arrives in Azerbaijan

U.S. State Department Special Envoy for Eurasian Energy Richard Morningstar is on visit to Baku, the U.S. embassy in Baku said.

Last time, Mr. Morningstar was in Baku to attend the18th International Exhibition and Conference "Oil and Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals" held in Baku in June.
