OSCE gets no appeal on dialogue between Azerbaijani authorities and opposition

No appeal has been received in terms of initiating a dialogue between the Azerbaijani authorities and the opposition, OSCE Baku Office head Koray Targay said.

He said the OSCE will mobilize all of the available opportunities if the parties agree to a dialogue.

Both parties should have a desire to realize a dialogue, Targay said, stressing that the OSCE does not act as a mediator for creating dialogue. However, the OSCE can help to bring the parties together and to create conditions for establishing relations, he said.
