Azerbaijan, UK mull bilateral military relations

Azerbaijan's Defense Minister, Colonel-General Safar Abiyev received newly appointed Ambassador of the UK to Azerbaijan Peter Bateman.

Congratulating the ambassador on his appointment, Mr. Abiyev wished him success in his new position.

The two sides exchanged views on the state of bilateral military relations, military and political situation in the region, and the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
