Australian Ambassador visits Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture and Tourism

Ambassador of Australia to Azerbaijan with concurrent accreditation to Turkey Ian David Grainge Biggs and Embassy`s Second Secretary Sarah Kelly visited country`s Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Thursday.

In the meeting with the Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfaz Garayev, the sides exchanged views on Azerbaijan-Australia cooperation, current situation of political and economic relations.
Garayev invited Australian representatives to attend international festivals, events and exhibitions in Azerbaijan.

In turn, Ambassador suggested holding experience exchange between students majoring in tourism. He expressed assurance on expansion of tourism and culture cooperation between the two countries.

The parties discussed a number of joint projects during the meeting.
