Azeri FM meets Argentine delegation

Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov met with the delegation of the members of the Islamic Center of Argentina and parliamentarians who participated in the International Humanitarian Forum.

The need for expansion of Azerbaijan-Argentina relations, in particular, interparliamentary ties and importance of parliamentary diplomacy was underlined at the meeting. Mammadyarov noted such visits give a fillip to development of existing political, economic, humanitarian and cultural ties between the two countries.

On the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Minister said rapidly developing economy of Azerbaijan strengthened the country. The Argentina`s delegation members pledged to educate their public about Azerbaijan.
