Azerbaijan`s First Lady meets former Bulgarian President - PHOTOS

Azerbaijan`s First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva yesterday met with former President of Bulgaria Petar Stoyanov, who is attending the International Humanitarian Forum. Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva expressed confidence the Baku Inter national Humanitarian Forum would contribute to developing cultural relations.

The First Lady spoke of Azerbaijan-Bulgaria relations. Mrs. Aliyeva informed Stoyanov about the activity and goals of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation established in the memory of Azerbaijan`s national leader. The former President thanked for the hospitality, stressing importance of the Baku Humanitarian Forum.

He also praised Baku`s hosting such authoritative events. The former Bulgarian President underlined the importance of projects implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and wished successes to the Foundation in its future activity.
