Ilham Aliyev congratulated Vladimir Putin

President Ilham Aliyev on Friday phoned Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. In the telephone conversation the Head of State congratulated Vladimir Putin on his birthday, wished him success and strong health.

President Ilham Aliyev and Russia’s Premier Vladimir Putin praised the development of friendly relations between the two countries in all areas and expressed hope for further expansion of bilateral ties.
