PACE adopts declaration condemning "municipal elections" in Nagorno-Karabakh

At the autumn session, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a written declaration sharply condemning the fictional "municipal elections" held by Armenia in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.

The declaration prepared by the member of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, Ganira Pashayeva, was undersigned by MPs of different countries.

The written declaration announced by the PACE President was circulated as an official document of the organization.
