Azerbaijani Ombudsperson to observe presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan

Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova will observe the presidential elections to be held in Kyrgyzstan.

Suleymanova will monitor the preparation for the elections and voting process as an international observer.

The elections will be held on October 30.
