Azerbaijani servicemen to attend events held with several countries and within cooperation with NATO

The servicemen of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces will attend events, which will be held with several countries and within bilateral cooperation plans with NATO, press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.

A course on discussion of security issue in the Black sea will be organized in Istanbul by Harvard alumni on October 2-5, courses on NATO Peace Support Operations in Oberammergau city of Germany will be organized on October 3-7, courses on maritime risks prevention operations in Souda city of Greece on October 3-14, NATO standardization course in Warsaw city of Poland on October 4-12, the International legal course in San Antonio city of US from October 5 till June 28, 2012 according to Azerbaijan-US working plan.

Within the cooperation, Azerbaijani servicemen will visit Washington city on October 10-24 in order to be acquainted with US important energy-infrastructure spheres, technology and capabilities.

According to Azerbaijan-Germany bilateral cooperation plan, the courses on Motorized rifle division commander, course on Engineer Field-engineer division commander, Doctor improvement courses in Hürt city from October 5 till March 31, 2012, the basic course for Medical servicemen in Kaunas city on October 11-20 according to Azerbaijan-Lithuania bilateral cooperation plan.

Azerbaijani servicemen will participate in “Management of NATO Financial budget” on October 5-7 in Mons city of Belgium, “Terrorism and Mass Media” course in Ankara city of Turkey on October 10-14, improved military terminology course for Teachers in Budapest city of Hungary on October 10-21.

The training course on topic “Material and Technical support” will be realized for Azerbaijani servicemen in Baku on October 3-7 by NATO Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum WITHIN Azerbaijan-NATO cooperation.
