Karabakh Liberation Organization sends letter to Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk concerning falsification of ceasefire violation facts by Armenians

Karabakh Liberation Organization sent a letter to Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk concerning the falsification of the ceasefire violation facts by Armenia.

Press service of the organization said that the letter had been handed over to the OSCE Office in Baku, US, Russian and French embassies. The letter says that according to the reports of the Azerbaijani side, ceasefire is violated on average 15-20 times a week, 60-80 times within a month.

The Armenians’ reports seem to be exaggerated. The Armenian side reports that Azerbaijan violates ceasefire 200-250 times a week, 1000-1100 times within a month. The organization considers that the difference between the figures by more than ten times is another falsification of Armenians.

Karabakh Liberation Organization underlines that the falsified facts will be used against Azerbaijan. “Armenians’ reports are illogical. There are 168 hours in a week, 720 hours in a month and if Azerbaijan violates ceasefire 250 times within a week, 1100 times within a month, so, it turns out that Azerbaijan violates ceasefire continuously, every hour and even several times within an hour.

This is far from reality. But there is a threat that Armenians will use these falsified facts in future. So, we ask you as a person exercising control over the ceasefire to express official position on the issue.”
