Azerbaijani servicemen to attend different events

Azerbaijani servicemen will attend different events next month, press service of the Defense Ministry said.

A group of Azerbaijani servicemen will visit the air force command in Vinnitsa, Ukraine on September 1-4, 2011. Another group will attend the training course for ground troops’ battalion commanders in Nanjing, China from September 1 to December 15, 2011.

Azerbaijani servicemen will also attend the force planning talks in Baku, Azerbaijan on September 5-9, 2011 within the Azerbaijan-Germany bilateral cooperation program, combat readiness evaluation (CREVAL)in Oberammergau, Germany on September 5-9, 2011, STANAG 6001 tests conference in Stockholm, Sweden on September 6-8, 2011, survey meeting on notification draft within the annual exchange of defense information in Brussels, Belgium on September 8-9, 2011, Combined Endeavor 2011 exercise in Grafenwoehr, Germany on September 8-22, 2011.

According to the Azerbaijan-Germany bilateral cooperation program, an acquaintance visit to the engineering school in Ingolstadt, Germany will take place on September 12-15, 2011, as well as a workshop on staff activities and defense decision-making process is planned to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan on September 12-15, 2011 according to the Azerbaijan-US working plan.

The course of military exercise in mountainous areas will take place in Bohinkska, Slovenia on September 12-30, 2011 and workshop on water and fuel supply in Weitefeld, Germany on September 12-14, 2011
