President Ilham Aliyev sends Independence Day greetings to Ukrainian counterpart

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of congratulation to Ukrainian leader Viktor Yanukovych on the country`s holiday, Independence Day.

“I am sure that we will continue to make joint efforts to continue Azerbaijan-Ukraine partnership based on traditional friendly relations and mutual trust between our peoples and cooperation both on a bilateral basis and within international organizations,” the letter said.

The Head of State wished his Ukrainian counterpart good health, success in activities and friendly people of Ukraine peace and prosperity.
