Health worker awarded in Azerbaijan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to award Rufat Yagubov the "Tereggi" Medal ("Progress"), the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.

Rufat Yagubov was awarded for his merits in medicine.
