Azerbaijani President offers condolence to Ukrainian counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has offered condolences today to Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovich over human losses killed in a fire in a retirement home in Rivne region, Azerbaijani President's official website reported.

"I am very sad to know about human losses killed in a fire in a retirement home in Rivne region. I express my deep condolences to you and the bereaved families," the message reads.
