Azerbaijani and French foreign ministers discuss settlement perspectives of Nagorno Karabakh conflict after Kazan meeting

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, who is on a visit to France, met with his French counterpart Alain Juppé in Paris.

The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the ministers exchanged view on settlement perspectives of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict after Kazan meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents.

The French MFA says that Mammadyarov’s visit reflects the deep friendly relations existing between France and Azerbaijan: “This visit is an opportunity for strengthening the bilateral relations and demonstrating our will to branch out our relations”.

Mammadyarov and Juppé also discussed the perspectives of French investments in Azerbaijan and deepening of bilateral economical and trade relations.
