Azerbaijani, Turkish and Iranian speakers to meet

The Azerbaijani, Turkish and Iranian parliamentary speakers will hold a trilateral meeting.

The agreement was reached at a meeting between Azerbaijani and Iranian parliamentary speakers Ogtay Asadov and Ali Larijani, spokesman for the Iranian Embassy in Baku Abbas Isgandari told Trend.

At the meeting, the sides expressed an interest in developing inter-parliamentary relations, stressed the importance of addressing regional problems by the region’s countries within ensuring their interests, Isgandari said.

Larijani arrived in Azerbaijan on an official visit on Thursday.
