Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh does not exclude possibility of war

If peace talks fail, there is no doubt that the Azerbaijani army will liberate our country’s territories from the Armenian occupation in a short period of time, MP Elman Mammadov, member of the Board of "Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh Region of the Azerbaijan Republic" Public Union, said in an interview to the official website of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party.

"Thanks to the President’s care our armed forces have reinforced more, an army has been created that meets the international standards. It is no coincidence that defense costs in the state budget is more than three billion dollars," Mammadov said.

According to Mammadov, the parliament adopted laws on this sphere. "There is a strong legal basis in the army building. Also, the parliament adopted progressive laws on the improvement of social condition of militaries," he said.
