The normalization of the Armenian-Turkish ties is closely linked to the meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents, PACE President Mevlut Cavusoglu said at a press conference in Strasbourg when he was asked about the Armenian-Turkish relations and the ratification of the protocols.
"Regarding the establishment of Armenian-Turkish relations, I must say it is closely connected with the meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenians presidents pertaining to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," he said. "The Turkish PM also made a number of conditions to establish relations with Armenia and to ratify the protocols. He stressed that if these conditions are fulfilled, the protocols can be ratified by the Turkish parliament."
The Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian presidents will meet in Kazan on June 24.
