"It would be ineffective to postpone the coordination of the principles on the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict," official of Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Lukashevich said.
He said there are great hopes that progress will be achieved in the process of settlement of the conflict.
"The Deauville statement of the presidents showed the sides to what extent the process of political settlement reached. After that the coordination of the basic principles remains as a concrete goal. It is ineffective to postpone this process and engage in rhetoric. The presidents pointed out that one must reach agreement, admit these principles and work on a bigger document that will determine the parameters of settlement," he said.
