
Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian received OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Igor Popov, Robert Bradtke and Bernard Fassier, as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The co-chairs informed the foreign minister about the negotiations held in Baku and Khankendi. The co-chairs expressed hope on the achievement of progress towards the basic principles of the conflict settlement in Kazan meeting of the presidents.
Nalbandian said that Armenia has given its concrete answer to the last version of the basic principles proposed by the co-chairs and said that if Azerbaijan agrees, the achievement of progress is possible.
They also discussed the issues of preparation to the Kazan meeting of the presidents.
