Hulusi Kilic: The border with Armenia will not be opened unless Azerbaijan’s occupied territories are released

"Turkey-Armenia border has been closed for 18 years. The border will not be opened unless Nagorno Karabakh conflict is solved, Azerbaijan’s occupied territories are released," Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic said.

He said that Nagorno Karabakh problem impedes the development in the region.

"We want nothing but the release of the territories. One can speak about the development in the region only after the occupied territories of Azerbaijan are released," he said.
