Azerbaijan's permanent envoy to several international organizations appointed

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to appoint Galib Israfilov the permanent representative of Azerbaijan to the Vienna office of UN, OSCE, United Nations Industrial Development Organization, IAEA and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.

Upon another Presidential order, a diplomatic rank of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary was conferred upon Israfilov.
