President of Azerbaijan congratulates King of Jordan on country's national holiday

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent national day greetings to the King of Jordan, His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein.

The message says: "On my personal behalf and on behalf of my people, I sincerely congratulate You and Your people on the national holiday of your country - Day of Independence.

We will, certainly, and henceforth continue our joint efforts to strengthen Azerbaijani-Jordanian interstate relations, the friendly ties between our nations and countries, deepen cooperation on bilateral and multilateral format.

On this remarkable day, I would like to wish you robust health, happiness and success in your activities, and the people of Jordan - peace and prosperity."
