Austrian President to visit Azerbaijan

Austrian President Heinz Fischer will visit Azerbaijan in October this year, Austrian ambassador to Azerbaijan Sylvia Meyer Kaibic said.

According to him, the preparation process goes on the visit. The ambassador said that several agreements and memorandums were considered to be signed between two countries within the visit and added that the documents will cover the fields of economics and culture.

Sylvia Meyer Kaibic also said that the delegation consisting of businessmen will arrive in Azerbaijan from Vienna in September before Austrian President’s visit. The delegation will participate in Azerbaijan-Austria business forum. The forum will be organized on the president’s visit. The ambassador said that it will be second forum which will be held between Azerbaijan and Austria.
