UNHR head to visit Azerbaijan

UNHR head António Guterres will visit Azerbaijan on May 17-19.

He will visit Azerbaijani national leader Heydar Aliyev’s grave in the Cemetery of Honor and the Alley of Martyrs on May 18.

During the visit, he will meet with refugees and IDPs in the Agdam and Yevlakh regions.
After he returns to Baku, he will visit a settlement built for IDPs in the Binagadi district.

He will also meet on the same day with Deputy Prime Minister, State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Chairman Ali Hasanov.

He will hold a press conference on May 19 following his visit to Azerbaijan.
