Azerbaijan's President congratulates Queen of Great Britain, wishes happiness to Prince William and Kate Middleton

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated the Queen of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Elizabeth II, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.

"I heartily congratulate You on the wedding of Your grandson - Prince William. I send You my best wishes, I wish the young, who got married, good health and happiness," said the congratulation.
