Killing of nine-year-old Fariz Badalov by Armenians to be raised at European Parliament

"We will make efforts towards the discussion of the killing of nine-year-old Fariz Badalov by Armenian sniper at the next meeting of the European Parliament," Azerbaijani parliamentarian Fuad Muradov told journalists.

Muradov said the Azerbaijani parliament’s delegation represented at the European Parliament is taking steps towards this.

"We want to raise issue at the European Parliament on killing of Fariz Badalov, generally civilians on the frontline and frequent violation of ceasefire by Armenians. We are making efforts towards this," he said.

Fuad Muradov said the National Council of Azerbaijani Youth Organizations chaired by him is the member of the European Youth Forum. Important steps are being made in this direction.

"The meeting of the European Youth Forum will be held in May this year. We have already sent materials to this organization about Fariz Badalov’s death and violation of ceasefire by Armenians. We want the international organizations to express their views about the happenings," he said.
