Baku discusses preparation for Ukrainian president's official visit to Azerbaijan

Preparations for the Ukrainian President’s official visit to Azerbaijan have been discussed by Ukrainian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Alexander Mishchenko and Azerbaijani first deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyubov, the diplomatic mission said.

The meeting discussed urgent issues concerning Ukrainian-Azerbaijani relations in preparations for the official visit.

The date of the visit has not yet been announced.

Ukrainian diplomat and Azerbaijani First Deputy Prime Minister also discussed the preparations for holding the ninth session of the Joint Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Azerbaijani commission for Economic Cooperation, to be held in Baku on April 21.

The previous meeting of the commission was held in Kiev on October 7, 2010.
