UNESCO Deputy Director General visits Icheri Sheher

UNESCO deputy director general Hans D'Ovril, who participates in the world forum on intercultural dialogue, has visited Icheri Sheher, the old city in the historical core of Baku.

The guest was briefed on the history of Icheri Sheher Historical and Architectural Reserve. Mr. D'Ovril familiarized himself with a Palace of Shirvanshahs, a Museum of Miniature Books, Bukhara and Multana caravanserais.
