Ilham Aliyev receives PACE President

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today received the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) President Movlud Cavusoglu, the Azerbaijani President’s official website reported.

Voicing his satisfaction with the participation in the World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, Cavusoglu stressed the importance of the forum. He said such events contribute to the cooperation with the Council of Europe.

President Aliyev stressed the importance of Cavusoglu’s participation in the forum. Emphasizing the importance of such forums, President Aliyev stressed its significance both for the region, and for Europe and the world.

The meeting expressed confidence in further successful expansion of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Council of Europe.
