"Russia feels special responsibility in resolving Nagorno-Karabakh conflict"

Russia shows the greatest activity in resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict today, Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin said.

"Only Russian president of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries personally deals with this issue," he told media.

He said that this activity is held under the agreement and support of other countries of the OSCE Minsk Group - the U.S and France.

He said that Russia feels a special responsibility in resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. It will undertake this responsibility in specific and other cases.

"We have a chance, special potential, arising from special relations with the two sides of the conflict," he said. We think that our moral and historical obligation to use this chance."
