Member of British House of Lords to visit Azerbaijan

A member of the House of Lords and the UK-Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group will visit Baku on March 27-31, YES Azerbaijan Advisory Group member Rovshan Muradov said.

During the visit, Baroness Mary Goudie will hold meetings with Chairman of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children in Azerbaijan Hijran Huseynova, Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova, Deputy Parliamentary Speaker Bahar Muradova and members of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group.

Baroness Goudie is the chairman of the U.N. Council of Female Leaders, and the head of a commission fighting human trafficking in Europe.
