Newly-appointed ambassadors Cristobal Gonzalez-Aller Jurado of Spain and Ian David Grainge Biggs of Australia to Azerbaijan have laid flowers at a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in a park in front of the Heydar Aliyev Palace.
