Chief of Turkey's Center for Strategic Research pays respect to national leader Heydar Aliyev

Chief of Center for Strategic Research of Turkey's Foreign Affairs Ministry Bulent Aras has today visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of architect and founder of Azerbaijani state, national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Mr. Aras also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.

The guest visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity. He laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.

Mr. Aras also put flowers at a monument commemorating Turkish martyrs who died in 1918 for the independence of Azerbaijan.
