
The joint discussions of political parties with cabinet officers which was considered to be held by OSCE Baku Office is postponed, press officer of the OSCE Office in Baku Rashad Huseynov told APA.
"The event was postponed due to the issues related to the participation" – he said.
According to him the new date of the round table will be determined in the near future. The joint discussions of political parties with cabinet officers were considered to be held by OSCE Baku Office on March 7-8.
The experts of OSCE Baku Office were invited to the event as lecturers.
High officials from the Presidential Administration, Parliament as well as the representatives of 18 political parties were considered to participate in round table on the topic of political regulation in Azerbaijan.
The purpose of the event is to help the Azerbaijani government in the political regulation of the parties.
The attendees had to be informed about the main rules and documents on political regulation of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights and the Council of Europe's Venice Commission the opportunities of the improvement of the law "Political parties" in Azerbaijan had to be discussed.
